Packing process lasts average 5 minutes.

Storage
Packed mushrooms move to store room (back to 2°C).
Remain in storage for between 8 – 20 hours before delivery. |

Delivery
Truck temperature measured before loading – must be 2°C.
Loading must be quick & efficient to keep the cold chain. |
