Our processes are highly defined and we adhere to very high standards to bring you fresh quality mushrooms every time. For example, we have the "Cold Chain" system in place. The processes includes the following:
Picking : Mushrooms picked in growing rooms (temperature 17 – 18 C).
Pre-chilled room : All mushrooms transferred to pre-chill room.
Packing : Packing process lasts average 5 minutes.
Storage : Remain in storage for between 8 – 20 hours before delivery.
Delivery to store : Loading must be quick & efficient to keep the cold chain.

The farming cycle consists of the following processes:
Filling a Cell : compost are added to cells.
Climate control : temp and humidity are controlled and monitored.
Add Soya Bean : soya bean are added to the growing process.
Casing Layer : Preparing and adding the casing layer.
Monitoring : Temp and humidity are constantly monitored and controlled. Records are also kept.
Watering : Water is added to the farming process.
Systems Monitoring : computer systems are used to monitor and control the farming process.
Mycelium : Mycelium becomes visible in the casing layer and aeration.
Equipment : equipment monitoring to ensure operational worthiness.
First Flush : Pinning and first flush stage.
Picking : mushrooms are picked.
Packing : Mushrooms are packed and sent to retailers.
